研究领域或方向
1)光谱感知芯片 针对光谱探测器从光学工程角度微型化发展面临着传统光学架构局限突破难、微型分光感光元件集成难、光谱识别与实际应用融合难等问题,我们以载流子动力学调控为切入点,结合光学、电子以及计算成像等理论和技术,提出并开发无分光学系统辅助、易集成光谱感知芯片;2)高能射线能谱探测器,高能射线的能谱分辨有利于实现物质、组织的精细识别。传统的高能射线能谱分辨多基于光子计数技术,存在计数速率慢、难以阵列化制备等问题,我们从高能射线与物质的相互作用机制入手,辅以载流子动力学过程调控,实现高通量、实时性的能谱分辨单元阵列制备;3)相控阵激光雷达,针对机械扫描以及微机马达扫描的系统复杂、应用场景受限等问题,我们将通过开发新型高效光场调控材料,开发新一代相控阵激光雷达技术。
